Tiny Kingdoms – Cloverdale [Review]

Cloverdale, Tiny Kingdoms’ latest release, is a piece of pop punk in its prime.

The song begins and it feels like it’s the early 2000’s again; it already feels like a classic when you listen to it. The track is filled with fast-paced guitar riffs, solid percussion and a chorus that’s so catchy you might find yourself singing along by the second time it comes around.

Tiny Kingdoms, a four piece band from Chicago, are riding the new wave of pop punk and are absolutely smashing it. Cloverdale is taken from their new EP ‘Realms,’ and have been featured on Kill The Music, Substream, New Noise Magazine , Alternative Press.

Guitarist Nick Collis says the album “is about trying to find the perfect place, and the creatures and locations you encounter on the way.”

If you’re a fan of the pop punk, particularly like the likes of Boys Like Girls, Taking Back Sunday and Say Anything make sure to give these guys a listen. You’ll be glad you did.
