Kubi $I – Feels Rapper’s R&B [Review]

Following on from his EP ‘Feels, Pt. 1’ Kubi $I is has just dropped release his debut full length album ‘Feels Rapper’s R&B’

This is an album that showcases Kubi $I’s diversity and skill as a songwriter, with human emotion being at the core of his influences. Taking inspiration from the sounds of Kid Cudi and Kanye West, ‘Feels Rapper’s R&B’ gives us relatable hip hop detailing the struggles of maintaining appearances. The first single from the album is ‘Cruzin the Streets’ which is now available on all streaming platforms. ‘Cruzin the Streets’ has also been released with an accompanying video which accentuates the single’s storyline.

Kubi $I is a fresh, young hip-hop/pop artist hailing from war-torn Congo, now living in Milwaukee. As well as being a successful boxer, he has also enjoyed success as an artist, reaching over 40K streams on Spotify for his last release, ‘Feels, Pt. 1’. Starting out in 2010 with the support of his brother, Kubi $I has launched himself as a rapper and songwriter, proving to appeal to audiences both in the US and internationally.
