Drew Banga – Off My Feet [Review]

Drew Banga drops his latest track Off My Feet. Listen here.

By April of each year, the summer is definitely in our sights. The weather may tease and mock us into writing accompanying hits, and that’s fine. In consequence, we could all do with a good listen to Bay Area Drew Banga’s latest gift – Off My Feet.  As R ‘n’ B goes, and as long as soul music allows to intermingle, you’ll not hear a better hit summer-groove tune than this anytime soon. Cool and sharp with a beat that’ll get DJs nodding and a dance-floor moving, this latest offering compliments a more than generous back-catalogue of his playlist essentials.

A traditional producer in the sense of taking and refining other peoples’ sounds, beats and music, Off My Feetis different from previous collaborations. Previously, this gifted and sought-after producer has worked extensively on other musicians in his native Bay Area. Hopefully marking a new and consistent diversion, this track bucks a trend as it features Drew Banga’s own vocals. This should become a regular feature. With a familiar groove-infused guitar, accompanied thump-finger bass push, the tune allows this Producer to go that step further and demonstrate the complete article.
